Michael J. Brunetti, DPM, PC  


Michael J. Brunetti, DPM, PC, is a nationally renowned expert in Podiatric Sports Medicine with a private practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The friendly and experienced team at Michael J. Brunetti, DPM, PC, offers conservative treatment and a non-operative approach to foot and ankle disorders. Dr. Brunetti has practiced in the Greater New York City Area for over 25 years.  

Dr. Brunetti earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1992. He completed his subsequent internship and residency at the Foot Clinics of New York and Cabrini Medical Center, respectively. He is currently a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.  

Dr. Brunetti is the former team physician for the New York Knicks. He has served as an active consultant for various amateur and professional athletic programs throughout the tri-state area.  

Dr. Brunetti has been on staff and a proud member of Lenox Hill Hospital since 1998. 

The focus of Dr. Brunetti's practice is on physical therapy and rehabilitation of the foot and ankle, including plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, neuromas, sports injuries, ankle sprains, tendon injuries, corns, calluses, hammertoes, and much more.

Dr. Brunetti has published scientific papers and lectured extensively on the subject of foot and ankle disorders.

The skilled staff at Michael J. Brunetti, DPM, PC - including Joel Dinglasan, PT - will set up a comprehensive rehabilitation plan that is specific for your condition and apply all means of therapy including, laser, ultrasound, soft-tissue mobilization and theraputic exercises to restore movement and health. 

At Michael J. Brunetti, DPM, PC the team of therapists work one-on-one, person-to-person until you are fully recovered. All patients recieve the individual treatment and care they need to return to their normal activities.  

The majority of foot, ankle and lower extremity disorders can be treated using conservative, non-operative therapies.
